Refund policy

If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from our site, please email info@darkseas.com with the details of the item to be sent back and we will issue an RA# for you. This expedites the return process and makes it go more smoothly. Once you receive the RA # from us, please write it on the outside of your return package and ship back to the ATTN: of WEB RETURNS.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
Merchandise must have all original tags attached, in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
Loser Machine does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to Info@darkseas.com before sending the item back.
You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
All Refunds are issued to the original payment method
